Partial Interest Mortgages
This is a mortgage product that is quite exclusive to One Stop Mortgage Corp., we can provide mortgage financing to a borrower who only has a partial interest in their property. For instance if a brother and sister are on title and the each own 50% of a particular property, we can provide financing to either party without the requirement of the other covenants signature.
