What are the first 3 questions clients ask you?

It’s usually pretty consistent, the questions I get, but I always make sure to fully understand my client’s situation first before getting too far into the answers. Everyone is different, so I treat every deal differently.

That being said, here are the common questions I get asked:

What type of mortgage is right for me? People want to know if they should use a variable rate or fixed. Again, it’s crucial to understand the situation, but that’s part of the fun, finding solutions for people.

What’s the interest rate right now? There are a lot of variables that go into determining a rate for someone. We want them to have a healthy mortgage, so we find them the best possible rate for their circumstances.

What will my payments look like? The key question, I make sure that my clients are comfortable with the finished product and then I work backwards. We want people to live within their means, so getting them into a comfortable plan is priority number one.
